چکیده

Objective: Periodontal disease is an essential phenomenon in human health. Oral pathogens can cause severe break which may show the way to serious issues like chronic obstructive pulmonary and cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, aim of this study evaluate antibacterial effect a series nanoparticles on oral pathogens. Methods: In study, activity such as MWCNT, CuO2, CaCO3, SiO2, Al2O3, MgO ZrO2 against Porphyromonas gingivalis (Pg) Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans (Aa) was demonstrated. We evaluated bactericidal perio by measuring inhibitor zone region. Antimicrobial experiments were conducted five replicates. Results: As result, we confirmed that engineering exhibited good activity. SiO2 nanoparticle most effective Pg. CaCO3 Aa. The order types Pg sensitive SiO2> MgO> Al2O3> ZrO2> CuO> MWCNT> CaCO3. For Aa CaCO3> SiO2>MgO> Al2O3.Conclusion: Our results suggest have significant inhibitory And, these effects are increased with increasing concentrations nanoparticles. These be further clarified new studies

In vitro Evaluation of the antibacterial activity of Platelet-rich Plasma against Selected Oral and Periodontal Pathogens

Background: Despite the availability of a wide range of antibiotics, bacterial infections are among important challenges for the healthcare system. Therefore, the introduction of new antimicrobial preparations such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) could be suggested theoretically as a preventive measure for bacterial infections. We aimed to evaluate the in vitro antibacterial activity of PRP again...

Antibacterial Activity of As-Annealed TiO2 Nanotubes Doped with Ag Nanoparticles against Periodontal Pathogens

It is important to develop functional transmucosal implant surfaces that reduce the number of initially adhering bacteria and they need to be modified to improve the anti-bacterial performance. Commercially pure Ti sheets were anodized in an electrolyte containing ethylene glycol, distilled water and ammonium fluoride at room temperature to produce TiO2 nanotubes. These structures were then ann...
